Leave and Holidays

Paid leave and holiday compensation are just one way say thank you for your service and support. When it’s time for personal rest and relaxation, iBS provides a generous 25 days PTO equals 200 hours.

Holidays

Most iBS employees working at federal sites will receive 10 Federal Holidays, subject to customer requirements. Employees at Headquarters observe seven fixed holidays. Fixed holidays include:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Please note that holidays may vary based upon contractual requirements.

Short-Term Disability Insurance

iBS provides short-term disability insurance at no cost to employees. All full-time employees are covered by the plan on the first day of the month following their hire date. Under this plan, if an employee becomes disabled as a result of a non-work related accident or illness, the plan will pay a percentage of the employee's salary, up to a maximum amount, for up to 26 weeks.
